10+ Years and Local to NY State client is mandatory Title: Senior QA Engineer Location: Elmhurst, NY Duration: Long Term Contract USC/GC and GC-EAD Video Conference Interview What Youll Do: Design and develop automation framework and test scripts to validate the functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of software. Develop tests, test suites, execution protocols for CI/CD. Analyze test results: Review test results to identify areas of improvement. Identify, analyze and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with development and QA teams to create automation strategies and deployment processes. Maintain testing frameworks and ensure software reliability and performance. Support and perform manual testing to identify defects and resolution as early in the development life cycle as possible. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in QA, automation tools, and testing methodologies. What Youll Bring: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test Proficiency in several programming language (Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python) and JSON format Proficiency in TestNG, Selenium and Jenkins and TDD frameworks 5+ years of experience with automating mobile applications and Web applications Excellent communication skills to work closely with development, QA and product owner teams. Excellent organization and documentation skills, analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude Self-motivated and adaptable individual with the ability to prioritize multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment.
