| Job Title : SAP Assessment Hybrid in TX Immediate Role (Interviews are going on) 15+ years of experience in SAP Asset Management (SAP EAM) implementation, configuration, and support. Hands-on experience with SAP EAM or SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules, including asset master data, preventive maintenance, work orders, and procurement integration. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP Asset Management functionality, including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and maintenance scheduling. Proficiency in SAP configuration, particularly for asset management, including setting up asset types, locations, maintenance plans, and work order management. Understanding of SAP Integration between Asset Management and other modules (MM, FI, CO, PM). Basic knowledge of ABAP or SAP Fiori (for customizations and reports) is a plus. Business Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance operations in an industrial or operational environment. Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or other regulatory guidelines related to asset management and depreciation is a plus. Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and solve asset management issues within SAP. Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external consultants.
