| Hi, please check Below JD and do share Local Resume if you have, Job Title: Senior Program Analyst for Change Management Location: Richmond, VA-Onsite Client: Virginia Information Technology Agency Job Description: The Senior Program Analyst for Change Management will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of critical data management tools across VDOT. This role requires a strong understanding of change management principles, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Change Management Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive change management framework to guide the adoption of new data management tools. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure their buy-in. Communication Planning: Develop and execute effective communication plans, including training materials and presentations, to inform and educate end-users. Training and Enablement: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower end-users to utilize the new tools effectively. Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change, developing strategies to overcome obstacles. Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and report on the success of change initiatives. Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to VDOT leadership in managing change. Experience with data management tools (IBM Knowledge Catalog, Data Stage, Snowflake, Collibra, Safe FME, ArcGIS Enterprise). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Note: This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. A deep understanding of data management concepts and best practices is essential. The ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise language is crucial.
