| Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Adobe AEM Sites Developer to join their team. As a an AEM Developer you will be involved in modernizing development capabilities in the web applications area. Candidates must have strong skills in Adobe Experience Manager, multi-tenant, and be able to mentor other employees in AEM. Job Title: Adobe AEM Sites Developer Location: Eden Prairie, MN (hybrid 2-3 days a week) GC and USC Whats the Job Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements Customize and extend AEM functionality using technologies like Java, HTL (HTML Template Language), and JavaScript Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices Assist in content migration and authoring, ensuring seamless transition and adherence to content guidelines and best practices Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders Perform pre-release code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards, project requirements and does not conflict with existing code in the multi-tenant AEM environment. Whats Needed Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 5+ years of experience as a front and back-end web developer 3+ years' experience working in an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites multi-tenant environment Proven experience as an AEM Developer, including custom component development and integration with AEM platform Strong proficiency in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies used in AEM development Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and their integration with AEM Experience with AEM Core Components and AEM Touch UI development Knowledge of AEM administration, including user permissions, configurations, and system maintenance Understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and CI/CD processes Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in creating and maintaining integrations between AEM and external systems like Salesforce, Siemens Teamcenter, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Rollick, Microsoft SharePoint, and others. Experience Configuring Google Analytics 4 to capture meaningful metrics and event-based data from AEM websites.
