Position Overview: The Microsoft Power Apps Platform Specialist - Developer will support pipeline development and RPA programming for daily operational tasks. This role includes needs analysis, structured systems analysis, design, feasibility analysis, and comprehensive project planning. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power Apps core and custom applications for process automation, troubleshooting application integration issues as they arise. Design and analyze solutions to address new system requirements or system issues. Participate in the development of projects related to PowerApps, Power Automate, and Model-Driven & Canvas Apps. Act as a Power Platform technical specialist, assisting in architecture, security, and design decisions. Collaborate on system customization using SQL Server Reporting Services. Support user training and maintain documentation for applications. Provide programming and scripting support for RPA applications using Python, PowerBI, and MS Flow. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in application development. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform or RPA solutions in a multi-tier enterprise environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience in extending Power Platforms schema to custom applications within Service-Oriented Architecture. 3+ years of experience in traceability, reporting, and analysis. Minimum of 5 years in ITIL Service Management and Business Management core processes. 2-3 years of experience with Power Automate. Minimum of 2 years of experience with RPA tools, preferably Power Apps and AI Builder. Experienced in 3 full development life cycles with advanced Power Apps configuration and development. Proficiency in web services/data transport (XML, JSON, REST). Strong SQL database, SSIS/SSRS, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps experience. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Functional Consultant, and Developer Associate. Skilled in workflow-based logic and business process automation. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
