| Hi Looking Lead Profiles / Relocation will work Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Pleasanton CA (onsite) Mode: Contract Job Description: Must Haves: Analyze complex business problems Techno-functional and provide techno-functional solutions Strong and Seasoned collaboration skills to work with internal and external technical resources, business partners, product managers, architect, developers, quality testers, and application support teams, project/program managers + other stakeholders Translates business needs into actionable requirements by capturing enough information to define a solution and drive clarity Both functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform and related technical areas Plans and manages small to large-size projects, in coordination with technical and business teams, and can work more than 1 project at a time Partner with internal customers to craft requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives Agile/PI Planning Can do demos/presentation to all stakeholders and upper-level management Ability to think outside the box Ability to break down scope, features, capabilities into smaller chunks Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system improvements. Responsible for understanding business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, to deliver a solution and a plan.
