Should be strong on SQL, Stored Procedures Should have hands-on experience on performance tuning of queries. Should be able to work with business and application/solution teams to implement data strategies. Should be able to build data flows Should be able to understand technical FRDs and independently work. Should have understanding of FACTS, dimensions, data model schemas. Should have good communication skills.
