| Job role - Workday Product Owner Location - Owensboro, Kentucky (Onsite) Primary Skill set : HCM(Apps)-Cloud based Applications-HCM-Technical-Workday (Technical) Reports Roles and Responsibility : who can define Strategy, bring operations teams together, set up governance processes, Advice CIO s, work with multiple departments. This role is basically of a Product owner role and will need to travel to client side location on a weekly bi-weekly basis. (1.) To drive value creation in the engagement, proactively identify and implement process enhancements, optimizing program efficiency through streamlined workflows. (2.) To build strong relationships with key Program Partners or Stakeholders and manage their interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives. (3.)
