| Job Title: Oracle Business Analyst Location: Huston TX - Locals Preferred USC, GC, GCEAD , H4EAD Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Oracle ERP systems (Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, or similar Oracle products). Hands-on experience in at least one Oracle module (e.g., Oracle Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc.). Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, procurement, or supply chain, and how they relate to Oracle ERP systems. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud, or other Oracle ERP modules. Proficiency in SQL for querying Oracle databases and extracting relevant data. Knowledge of integration techniques between Oracle systems and other enterprise applications. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
