Team Structure & Methodology: Team Composition: 4 Engineers, 4 Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), 1 Product Owner (PO). Development Approach: Agile methodology, with an emphasis on iterative development and collaboration. Role Expectations: Leadership and Guidance: Serve as the technical lead, with responsibility for directing and supporting the engineering team. Responsibilities Breakdown: o 60% focus on technical work, roadmap execution, and project oversight. o Task allocation, ensuring JIRA story refinement, and actively collaborating with the team. o Provide mentorship and improve the technical capabilities of the team. o Hands-on coding, with direct contributions to codebase and project delivery.
