Job Title: Security Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 06 Months Contract to Hire Visa : USC or GC Preferred We have a 6+ month (possibly perm) remote position open for a Security Analyst with the following technical capabilities that your resume looks to fit. NOTE: Key skills we are looking for in a candidate would be Azure , Rapid7 or competitor, SIM, Google SecOps, BlueTeam Experience - all are not required but would be nice. Security Tools: Expertise in security services and applications, particularly Rapid7, CrowdStrike, and Sumo Logic for monitoring and incident management. Familiarity with configuring, managing, and monitoring these tools to detect and mitigate security incidents. Infrastructure Knowledge: Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management technologies. Knowledge of storage and backup technologies, disaster recovery processes, and data security practices. Understanding of WAN/LAN hardware and protocols (routers, switches). System Management: Experience with security system procedures and maintaining security software licensing. Ability to assess and enhance the organizations security posture continuously. Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to analyze and interpret log files for unusual activities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration with internal teams. Ability to interact with empathy and professionalism, especially in stressful environments. Project and Time Management: Capability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
