Job Title: SAP HCM Data Lead Consultant Duration: 6 months (Contract - C2C) Location: Remote Required Experience: Minimum 10 years in SAP Data Migration, with at least 5 years in SAP HCM Job Description In this role, you will play a critical part in leading data migration projects, ensuring data integrity, and upholding data governance standards. This position demands a seasoned SAP HCM consultant with a robust understanding of data migration and governance. Responsibilities include: Leading the data migration and implementation projects for Employee Central and S/4HANA systems, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of HR data. Developing, documenting, and maintaining data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance. Establishing and implementing data quality processes, including data cleansing, enrichment, and transformation, to maintain high data accuracy and consistency. Collaborating closely with HR, IT, and other business units to align data migration efforts with organizational goals, ensuring consistency across systems. Designing and implementing comprehensive data validation protocols and testing procedures to guarantee data accuracy and reliability post-migration. Required Skills: Proven expertise in SAP Human Capital Management, with a deep understanding of Employee Central and S/4HANA systems. Extensive experience in leading data migration initiatives, establishing data governance frameworks, and ensuring data quality across enterprise systems. Strong technical knowledge of data migration tools, data validation techniques, and familiarity with data quality processes. Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accuracy. Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP data migration, with a minimum of 5 years focused on SAP HCM. SAP HCM certification preferred.
