This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a proactive approach to innovation, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Design and develop architectural frameworks and components for .NET applications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and project requirements. Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader, guiding development teams in implementing best practices in .NET development, code reviews, and architectural patterns. Solution Development: Lead end-to-end solution development, from technical design and prototyping through to coding and testing. Performance Optimization: Oversee performance optimization for .NET applications, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks to ensure smooth, scalable, and secure operations. Cloud and On-Prem Integration: Architect cloud-native applications with services on Azure or AWS, ensuring effective integration between on-premises and cloud environments. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and align solutions with business goals. Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and technical specifications. Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends within .NET, cloud computing, and software architecture, recommending improvements and innovations where applicable.Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years as a .NET Architect or similar role. Technical Expertise: Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, and .NET Framework. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and other front-end technologies. Expertise in building microservices and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS. Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Architectural Knowledge: Proficiency in software design patterns, including MVC, MVVM, and dependency injection. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates. Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
