This is an onsite role, ideal for someone with a strong technical background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically in modules like INV, PO, AP, AR, and GL. The role requires advanced expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML reporting, and some understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF). This position also involves leading offshore teams, coordinating with DBAs, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor technical teams, including conducting daily status calls with offshore teams to ensure alignment and project progress. Coordination with DBAs: Oversee and participate in DBA meetings to address system and project needs; ensure coordination during weekly reviews. Technical Quality Control: Conduct technical sanity tests during monthly maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and functionality. Documentation & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and review technical and functional documentation, including MD50s. Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Technical Strategy & Innovation: Analyze and recommend technical tools and innovations to improve processes and enhance efficiency across the organization.Technical Skill Requirements: Oracle EBS Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x, with proficiency in the INV, PO, AP, AR, GL modules. SQL & PL/SQL: Strong hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL. XML Reporting: Proven experience in XML reporting for Oracle EBS. OAF Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (preferred but not required). Conversions & Interfaces: Experience with Oracle EBS conversions and interfaces, ensuring seamless data integration.Managerial Skill Requirements: Leadership & Coordination: Proven experience managing and guiding offshore teams with a focus on timely and efficient project delivery. Requirement Gathering & Project Scoping: Skilled in gathering project requirements, defining scope, and aligning with business objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders across various departments to ensure project success. Technical Improvement Analysis: Ability to assess and integrate new technical tools and practices to drive continuous process improvement.
