Role: Business Analyst Provide Development team with requirements gathering for new applications or enhancements. Function as the subject matter expert on the business of the Office. Serve as a resource to IT teams involved in all aspects of the development effort by acting as the POC/Coordinator for the IT Teams responsible for documentation efforts, quality control and UI/UX design efforts. Serving as point of contact for teams outside of IT to ensure that team development remains in synergy with the reporting needs of the Office. Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project design. Serve as a key stakeholder in the efforts to improve communication between IT, and non-technical end users at DANY as it relates to development efforts. Successfully engage with technical and non-technical staff to develop and improve upon software applications and tools. Keep abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in product development.
