Role: Business System Analyst Location: San Leandro, CA (Hybrid) Except CPT, OPT & GC Must have 9+ years of experience Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. 7+ years' experience in Leading production implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business or across Enterprise. 5 years of experience with 24x7 production support experience supporting Online Banking applications. 4+ years Agile experience. Work in the office 3 days a week minimally. Desired Qualifications: Experience working with teams in dispersed locations. Experience with managing and coordinating DTI applications Cloud migrations. Ability to work weekends, holidays, after hours as needed. Experience with migrating data centers a plus. In this role, you will: Lead production implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business or across Enterprise. Plan and direct complex project schedules and budget, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections. Work with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives. Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, cost analysis, and significant issue management and resolution. Develop required project artifacts and implementation plans and adherence to process. Develop and/or maintain documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides. Participate in production outage assessments and remediation activities, including troubleshooting, documentation, and communications. Lead and/or participate in postmortem processes that identify process failures, recommending and implementing improvements. Understand compliance & risk management requirements for the supported area & work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
