JOB TITLE: CRM BUSINESS ANALYST with Accela (100% INTERVIEW) Client: DOB Government Agency of NY Duration: 6+ Month Location: BROOKLYN, NY (Hybrid) Visa: GC/USC/GC EAD/H4 EAD/OPT EAD MOI: 30 MINS FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW Is REQUIRED NEXT WEEK MUST HAVE: (LOCAL TO NY)Business Analyst Project Scope The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting business decisions; managing, analyzing, and creating design documents and workflow charts generally associated with existing applications, new applications, or program changes to existing applications, including Accela, CRM Microsoft Dynamics and various other Agency applications (BIS and unit specific inspection databases). The selected candidate will be required to perform, and in some cases, analyze tasks related to the transformation activities from mainframe applications to new system technology platforms. Duties include, but are not limited to: Modeling, developing, designing, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, documenting requirements, creating and maintaining technical/functional design documents for multiple software systems and legacy applications.Business Analyst Mandatory Skills An experienced forward-thinking leader who can understand business processes and how technology solutions can increase efficiency and productivity. Detail-oriented who knows how to extract and elicit all the right relevant information pertaining to current business processes. Proven ability to develop and maintain functional and technical design documents that are handed to software developers. Ability to write, communicate and execute different levels of test scenarios and test scripts to new and ongoing changes to support transformation activities. Experience supporting the training development team on multiple levels of user training Ability to participate in system demos to different stakeholders and ensures business and technology alignments are met based on key decision documents. Proficiency in creating and implementing precise management plans, presentations and/or reports for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.Business Analyst Preferred Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in creating, documenting, evaluating, analyzing, and communicating systems requirements on a continuous basis Experience with Accela, CRM Microsoft Dynamics, SQL Experience maintaining systems process documents, including the delivery of ongoing status sessionsAssumptions Regarding Consultant Tasks and Deliverables The Business Analyst shall provide Information Technology BA consultant services to DOB and will be responsible for supporting business decisions by managing, analyzing, and creating design documents. The role covers tasks associated with both existing applications and new applications (such as BIS, inspection databases), and programming changes to existing applications including Accela, CRM Microsoft Dynamics, and various other DOB applications and systems. The selected candidate will be expected to proficiently complete tasks such as modeling, developing, designing, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and identifying requirements for multiple software systems and legacy applications. Objective: The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business processes and exploring how technology solutions can enhance efficiency and productivity. The role involves extracting and eliciting relevant information pertaining to current business processes, documenting, evaluating, analyzing, and continuously communicating system requirements. The analyst is expected to develop and maintain functional and technical design documents, write, communicate, and execute different levels of test scenarios and test scripts. Additionally, they will evaluate and thoroughly explain system development to DOB software developers, support the training development team by creating and reviewing training materials, participate in system demos, and create and implement precise management plans.
