Software Engineering Senior Advisor Duration: 6+ months. Client: Cigna Insurance Visa: USC, GC LinkedIn Must Location: Resource will need to be 100% onsite either in Austin, TX or St. Louis, MO. Preferably the Austin, TX office as that is where the main dev team is. TOP 3: CSSA certification in Pega 10+ years of hands-on Pega development experience with version 8.0 or higher 5+ years of RESTful Integrations into PEGA platforms supporting Customer Service and or Healthcare Frameworks Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Developer with a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification to join our dynamic team supporting our Patient /member CRM Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega development, particularly with version 8.8.x, and a strong background in RESTful integrations. Experience in Customer Service and/or Healthcare frameworks is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Pega Development: Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega 8.8.x. System Architecture: Utilize CSSA certification to ensure robust and scalable system architecture. Integration: Develop and manage RESTful integrations to ensure seamless communication between systems. Framework Expertise: Apply knowledge of Customer Service and/or Healthcare frameworks to enhance application functionality. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities and system configurations. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Pega development. Certification: Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is required. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Pega 8.8.x and RESTful integrations. Framework Knowledge: Experience with Customer Service and/or Healthcare frameworks is preferred. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
