| SAP SuccessFactors Testing Lead Location: San Antonio, TX - Job Type: Hybrid - 2,3 days per week on-site Duration: 6 Months+ Key Responsibilities: Lead the testing efforts for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation, ensuring thorough and efficient test planning, execution, and reporting. Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans, aligned with project objectives and timelines. Coordinate and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to align on testing requirements and objectives. Identify, document, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and validation. Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, risks, and issues to project leadership. Participate in project meetings and contribute to overall project success by proactively addressing testing-related challenges. Requirements: Strong leadership experience in managing testing efforts for large-scale enterprise implementations. Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM (Human Capital Management) systems. Proven track record of successful test management in complex IT projects, preferably in a public sector environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
