The role involves leading the configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of SAP FICO modules to support efficient financial operations and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR) configuration and implementation to meet business and financial requirements. Manage end-to-end R2R processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, month-end, and year-end closes. Troubleshoot FICO-related issues and provide expert-level support for users. Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements for financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient financial reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulations, and audit standards. Provide training and support for end-users on SAP FICO processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (SAP FICO certification a plus). 5-7 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including GL, AP, AR, and R2R process management. Strong expertise in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, with experience in configuration and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in global SAP deployments and finance system integrations is a plus.
