The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding Agile teams in implementing SAFe practices, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring continuous improvement. This role involves facilitating team processes, eliminating impediments, and ensuring that the team is on track to meet its objectives. You will work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality solutions in alignment with the product strategy. Responsibilities: Act as a Lean-Agile Leader, promoting SAFe core values and principles, and helping the team embrace SAFe practices. Support Scrum team rules, eliminate impediments, and drive continuous improvement for increased team efficiency. Ensure alignment of technology and service delivery with the product strategy to meet solution needs. Facilitate progress toward team goals by aligning Iteration Goals with Program Increment (PI) Objectives. Collaborate with the Product Owner, customers, and development team to clarify business/system requirements and problem scopes. Support communication and relationship-building across delivery teams; represent the team in Scrum of Scrums (SoS). Foster improvement in performance, quality, predictability, flow, and velocity by challenging development norms. Guide teams in applying the Scrum framework to achieve successful delivery of software solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Functional and technical expertise in analytics or business intelligence applications/products. Extensive project management experience, with a strong foundation in advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization. Familiarity with Cloud Applications (e.g., Azure, DataBricks) and system administration. Proven experience in resource allocation and management. Significant experience leading and coaching Agile development teams and facilitating team meetings. Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and development or operations frameworks. Desired: In-depth knowledge and experience in Banking, Finance, or Investments, including industry terminology, concepts, and business processes. Desired: Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Certifications: CSM and PMI-ACP certifications are highly desired. Advanced skills in database management and presentation software. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to build strategic, execution-focused plans and form partnerships with leadership.
