[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Senior SharePoint Architect/Developer Location: Montgomery AL (On-site) Duration: 9+ Months of Contract to Hire GC/USC Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned SharePoint Architect/Developer with strong expertise in SharePoint, M365, and the Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Dataverse, Azure, Graph API, Canvas, and Model-driven apps. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, design solutions, and create business intelligence and automation tools that fulfil customer needs. This position involves responsibilities throughout the system lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing to implementing, maintaining, and supporting software applications. Key Responsibilities: SharePoint and Power Platform Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions in SharePoint and Power Platform, leveraging the latest M365 technologies. Business Intelligence & Automation Solutions: Gather requirements to develop BI and automation solutions aligned with business goals. UI/UX Development: Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, REST, and Adobe Creative Suite for professional-grade UI/UX designs and implementations. Reverse Engineering & Solution Upgrades: Analyse and enhance existing applications, creating improved solutions in the Power Platform environment. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with customers, business analysts, and cross-functional team members to align solutions with both business and IT strategies. Full Systems Life Cycle Management: Engage in all lifecycle phasesdesigning, coding, testing, implementing, and maintaining application software. Best Practices & Standards: Ensure compliance with organizational architectural standards and recommend code reuse and new development approaches as appropriate. Agile Development: Contribute to agile development practices, working independently and within a team. Component & Data Architecture: Participate in designing component and data architecture, performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations. Required Skills and Expertise: Core Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SharePoint (latest versions) and Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Teams) Azure, Graph API, and Microsoft Teams integration UI/UX design with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs Additional Development Tools: .NET technologies, SQL Server, SMS, IIS, and Active Directory Proficient in Server Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design tools Experience with JSON, PowerShell, and scripting for automation and process improvement Systems Analysis & Design: Experience in full lifecycle systems analysis, design, quality assurance, and integration methodologies. Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile frameworks and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements. Preferred Skills: UI/UX Expertise: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite for high-quality user interfaces. Project Participation & Leadership: Experience in component architecture, data architecture, performance monitoring, and strategic product evaluation. Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Experience: Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 years in SharePoint architecture, M365, Power Platform, and related technologies as outlined in this job description. Education Requirements: Degree: Masters degree in computer science or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of high-level working experience.
