Role: Security Architect Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Required: "Experience: 10+ Years in IAM, Cybersecurity, and Technical Delivery Management Role Summary: Seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead IAM Operations (L2/L3), App Onboarding, and Data Security teams. The ideal candidate will oversee day to day support for SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, and MFA solutions, ensuring high quality service delivery and compliance with security standards. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage IAM and Data Security teams, setting goals, tracking performance, and fostering skills development. Technical Oversight: Coordinate operations for IAM tools, including SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, and MFA solutions. Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients to ensure transparency, address escalations, and fulfill service commitments. Process Optimization: Implement best practices, automate processes, and enforce ITIL standards for improved service efficiency. Risk & Compliance: Lead security assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee audits with the Data Security team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or related; CISSP, CISM, or PMP certifications preferred. Experience: Expertise in IAM and Data Security tools (SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, RSA, Azure Auth). Skills: Strong project management, communication, and ITIL experience. Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus. Additional Requirements: Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA). Familiarity with Zero Trust and incident response preferred."
