As our volume of tickets is increasing, we need help in building a structure to organize our Jira projects for better progress tracking. First consultant will be responsible for advising us on how to structure Jira so that we have visibility into the progress of the program, at a high level. Second consultant will be responsible for migrating our current Jira tickets to the new structure.
