You will work with IT Tech lead and support full life cycle of Lab computer systems. This includes working w/ lab vendors to install lab computer/software, managing end-point protection, backup/recovery, organizing lab data etc. The resource should have excellent communication skills and be able to follow prioritization and mange lab user's expectations. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day IT support for lab systems, participating in IT projects for lab services including installing, maintaining, and supporting computerized systems Support IT operations team on all cybersecurity and end-point management requirements for lab systems. Communicate with/ vendors on any troubleshooting and issues resolution for lab systems. Utilize Service Now application to coordinate support activities. Knowledge Base (KB) documentation creation and updates.
