Position: SAP Project Manager Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Duration: 9+ months Contract Client: TCS Required Skills: Sap Project Manager with Plant Maintenance or finance in oil and gas domain, with cross functional experience and understanding Project management: Leading SAP implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and Client relations: Building strong relationships with clients, acting as an advisor, and communicating complex concepts Solution development: Providing strategic guidance and tailored SAP solutions based on their knowledge of the industry Business process improvement: Identifying optimization opportunities and enhancing business processes Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with SAP projects Team leadership: Leading and mentoring SAP professionals, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance Technical and functional teams: Managing SAP technical and functional teams New solutions: Investigating and developing new solutions Regional priorities: Defining and executing regional priorities Liaison: Liaising with transversal functions Performance management: Promoting a strong culture of performance management Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
