Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance development processes. Provide project management oversight to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally in IT or video engineering. Proficient in Java development with some experience in embedded programming for video/streaming. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
