Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex video engineering projects within our IT team. This role focuses on ensuring project success through effective planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering high-quality results that meet business goals. Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource needs for successful project completion. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth project execution. Oversee project budgets, maintaining financial control throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and meet project goals. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing progress, risks, and issues. Continuously improve project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Required Skills 12+ years of project management experience, particularly in IT and video engineering. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA) and familiarity with video engineering technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Proven leadership experience with a successful track record in project delivery. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Preferred: Experience with cloud-based video processing, familiarity with video compression standards/codecs, and certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
