Role: Guidewire Claim Center Developer Location: Remote Exp: 10+ Years Duration: Long-Term Description: Needs 4 Claims Center GW Developers ASAP, All Claims Center work! Moving his Claims Center offshore team to onshore from Cognizant 17 headcount on his team. 14 right now but that is his standard headcount he hopes to keep 17 4 in the US, the rest in India (will need to move them all from India within the next several months. 4 are immediate need (losing them end of year) No big new initiative just supporting the current effort Effort includes standard configuration and app integration work Understands the candidate pool and GW developers are not typically Java Developers but needs some java experience, will not expect expert Java coders just enough to get the work done and can learn and figure things out If they are rusty in Java that is fine just mainly needs to be great in claims center Interview will not have coding questions, will be conversational to understand their skills and experience He prefers someone with good comms that can figure things out Does not have anything to provide for screening questions, asked several times. Just said make sure they are good in GW claims center and have some experience in GW/Java coding Prefer skills with integration vs configuration.
