I have an urgent requirement of Job Role as PLM Developer in Location- Mountain View, CA Please go through below Job description if you are interested then please send me your resume at [email protected] Job Title: PLM Developer Location : Mountain View, CA (Onsite - 100%) D uration: 6-12 Months Job Requirement: JD Product Configurator Client is looking for a strong Agile PLM resource with good experience in Product configuration. Candidate should have played roles in the past as Windchill agile PLM and have managed below responsibilities as Product configurator: Responsibilities: Design, implement, and enhance product configurator ensuring seamless configuration processes. Develop and maintain configuration rules and constraints to work with functional teams for validating product options. Support projects from the pre-concept stage to obsolescence. Work with the client team to support the varying degrees of customization and production strategies for different types of products. Assemble-to-stock Assemble-to-order (ATO), Support fixed product features that can be pre-planned and ordered at high volumesConfigure-to-order (CTO) builds Engineering-to-order (ETO)Creating bills of materials (BOM) based on input from engineering, manufacturing, and project management. Provide support to the client team dealing with complex products and a platform, or variant-based go-to-market strategy on product configuration management that drives better product development alignment, efficiency, and coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and services. Designing forms and workflows, and implementing changes to PLM tools. Managing change requests: Initiating and managing ECOs, MCOs, deviations, and stop ships Communicating engineering BOM requirements between production and supply chain. Providing technical support to users of all experience levels. Collaborating with product development and quality teams to improve the change management life cycle. Staying up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Managing product information: Ensuring accurate and efficient PLM management of product information.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the business and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks. Collaborate with business analysts to understand complex product structures, dependencies, and customization options. Partner with fellow developers to design robust and scalable solutions, ensuring code quality and maintainability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall codebase health.
