MQ2 - Minimum of 7 years of written verifiable experience in Software Development, using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, jQuery, and MS SQL (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views) for a public agency. Roles and Responsibilities: Task 1: Software Development, Configuration & Testing Provide error corrections, bug fixes, and troubleshooting for the CCAMS Web application. Develop and deliver patches and updates, ensuring thorough testing and documentation. Implement security best practices during application changes and performance tuning. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage database scripts for data integrity. Task 2: Project Development Tool for Tracking/Assignment Facilitate the bug tracking system (e.g., JIRA) for SFPUC staff to post and monitor issues. Provide timely analysis, root cause identification, and documentation of bug resolutions. Maintain a backup of all JIRA items related to CCAMS maintenance support. Task 3: System Analysis, Maintenance & Support Conduct periodic scans and analyses, offering recommendations for updates and security enhancements. Verify third-party support for application components and document findings. Task 4: Communication & Project Management Provide weekly project status updates via email and meetings. Schedule and host troubleshooting sessions and walkthroughs for new releases. Task 5: Server Administration Assist in server configuration to resolve CCAMS application issues caused by OS patches. Schedule troubleshooting sessions to support deployments of new builds and server configurations.
