The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the design and architecture of IT infrastructure, both on-premises and in the public cloud. This position involves design and hands on technical capabilities to ensure the delivery of IT infrastructure projects, support, and maintenance. Assist in the day-to-day operations of in-scope services, ensuring the stability and integrity of mission-critical infrastructure, applications, and systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience 10+ years of experience in IT service management for various IT Infrastructures Proficiency with deploying new Infrastructure technologies and solutions. Strong understanding of network and security protocols. Experience in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions from initial phases to completion. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
