In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading technical solutions that leverage .NET and Azure cloud services to meet our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed in architecture and development. Key Responsibilities Design and Architecture: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable .NET applications on Azure, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Azure Integration: Utilize Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, and more, to build cloud-native applications and solutions. Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and secure development. API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support application integration, using Azure API Management and other related tools. Database Management: Design and manage databases (SQL Server/Azure SQL), including database optimization, indexing, and troubleshooting. Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and other tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architecture, code, and processes. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Use Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and other tools to monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 3+ years in a lead role and experience in Azure-based development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks. Strong experience with Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Azure Blob Storage, and more). Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation and management. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Entity Framework for database management. Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, or React is a plus. Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and networking in Azure environments. Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and resolve issues. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Knowledge of Microservices: Experience in microservices architecture, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Scrum practices.
