The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Communications (CUC), Hyperflex, Expressway, Cisco SME, PLMS, Cisco Webex Calling, and Cisco Webex App. The ideal candidate will have expertise in upgrading, monitoring, and troubleshooting Cisco collaboration systems, as well as experience with infrastructure resource verification and bulk programming.
