Position : Oracle Customer Care and Billing Professional Location : Cedar Rapids, Iowa Onsite Duration : 12 Month Visa : any Interview : Video We are currently seeking an Oracle Customer Care/billing/ Oracle Analytics Publisher for an onsite role expected to last 1 year. This role will be onsite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and is seeking someone experienced with Oracle-based applications, specifically Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Analytics Publisher. Candidates should be comfortable with virtual or onsite interview if local. If not local they should have ALL skills for review. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and Seven (7) to ten (10) years experience working with and maintaining enterprise level computer applications OR An equivalent combination of education and/or experience (i.e., one year of relevant full-time experience may substitute forone year of education). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with Oracle-based applications, in particular Customer Care & Billing and Oracle Analytics Publisher. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations. Desired qualifications Experience with process design, logical workflow analysis and design. Experience with in-depth configuration, code, analysis, and output. Extensive experience with Oracle and Oracle-based technologies. Experience with Utilities in both support and processes. Extensive experience troubleshooting problems and root cause analysis. COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE OF JOB DUTIES Knowledge of: Computer systems and analysis of computer programs.
