Strong understanding of transportation regulations, including DOT, OSHA, and other safety standards. Proven experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency. Experience with transport management software (TMS) and fleet management tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Skills & Competencies: Leadership and team management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. In-depth knowledge of route optimization and fleet maintenance. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to timely and quality service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and transport management software.
