| Business Analyst Payments & & Banking Domain Must Hybrid 4 Days a week in Hauppauge, NY Perform routine and detailed business analysis, outline problems, and recommend data-driven solutions based on the needs of the business. Support annual budgeting and forecasting by analyzing deposit, income, and expense trends and developing accurate projections. Monitor performance of all campaigns and promotions, track progress against stated goals Design informative and actionable analyses to identify patterns and trends in the data that support strategic initiatives and/or recommendations. Evaluate departmental processes to achieve automation opportunities, process efficiencies and control improvements. Understand and effectively communicate the financial and operational impact of recommended changes. Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. All other duties as assigned. Experience with Project management tools experience such as Jira and Confluence Prior working experience with credit union specific Payments technology Understanding of Banking terms like loan, bill payments, cards, etc. Experience in Payments transactions, Accounts Payable and Reporting Good expertise in Microsoft Excel ability to pull relevant fields from large data sets Some experience in running SQL queries to pull relevant data fields from database Exposure to Tableau Ability to work with IT teams Bachelors Degree: Often in business administration, Project management, or a related field Masters Degree: Preferred, especially in business or a related field Technical Proficiency: Competency in using Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook, SQL -- Keywords: information technology New York Business Analyst Payments & Banking Domain Must | 4 Days hybrid in Hauppauge, NY [email protected] |
