Developing and maintaining web applications Using Angular, lead developers create and maintain interactive, responsive, and scalable web application to maintain a enterprise Rules Engine with industry best practices Collaborating with cross-functional teams Lead developers work with designers, backend developers, and testers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentoring Developers Lead developers share best practices and provide technical leadership to help junior developers improve. Be able to mentor and teach Java developers Angular so they can contribute also to the UI work. Participating in code reviews Lead developers identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance. Conducting product analysis Lead developers perform complex product analysis and conduct performance tests. Troubleshooting issues Lead developers identify and troubleshoot issues with front end code.
