The ideal candidate will oversee day to day support for SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, and MFA solutions, ensuring high quality service delivery and compliance with security standards. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage IAM and Data Security teams, setting goals, tracking performance, and fostering skills development. Technical Oversight: Coordinate operations for IAM tools, including SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, and MFA solutions. Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients to ensure transparency, address escalations, and fulfill service commitments. Process Optimization: Implement best practices, automate processes, and enforce ITIL standards for improved service efficiency. Risk & Compliance: Lead security assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee audits with the Data Security team. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or related; CISSP, CISM, or PMP certifications preferred. Experience: Expertise in IAM and Data Security tools (SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, RSA, Azure Auth). Skills: Strong project management, communication, and ITIL experience. Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, Power) is a plus. Additional Requirements: Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA). Familiarity with Zero Trust and incident response preferred."
