CLIENT DOES NOT WANT A WORKDAY TECHNICAL/INTEGRATION PERSON! PREVIOUS LIFE SCIENCES INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT A MUST HAVE. We have an immediate 12 month+ contract opportunity with our direct life sciences client in Princeton, NJ for a Sr. Workday Analyst. Details are below. This position requires someone that can work onsite in Princeton, NJ three days a week. PLEASE NOTE: My client is looking for a pure Business Analyst with Workday experience and not for a Workday Technical/Integration person. Any previous life sciences industry experience would be a plus. Position Details: This role is for a Business Analyst who knows Workday well. They will be responsible for dealing with the stakeholders and should have strong knowledge on what the system can do. Advise stakeholder and users on how to best use systems based off their needs. Anytime a request comes in this person will handle it from beginning to end. This is not really a technical role. Much more of a Business Analyst approach. The HRIS Business Analyst (Workday) Consultant tasks include: - Provides senior level support and advice for business end-user inquiries connected to Workday operations. - Deep understanding of Workday modules. - Lead various initiatives including M&A, ORG redesign, and Process Redesign. - Daily/Weekly reporting/status updates of all assigned projects. - Collaborate with Program Leads and other cross-functional teams on user challenges, issues, process enhancements, etc. - Provide system/process recommendations based on knowledge of Otsuka processes/technology. - Support as requested initiatives connected to developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentations. - Actively participates in user acceptance testing and documentation as requested. Qualifications/Experience: - 5 to 10 years experience with Workday HCM, and Recruiting - Workday HCM Certification is a Plus - Workday Recruiting Certification is a Plus - Experience with Workday advanced compensation and other modules is a Plus Required Skills Include: - Must have a high level of integrity and able to maintain confidential information - Must be detail oriented, analytical, and quality conscious - Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to develop into an HRIS subject matter expert to recommend and implement technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance - Must have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team that is fast-paced, ever-changing high priority environment - Ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams - Strong Microsoft office 365 skills specially MS PowerPoint and Excel ie.
