The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Power BI and Tableau reports. Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources, transformations, and visualizations. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure reports and dashboards meet performance standards. Automation: Implement automated testing solutions to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency. Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Collaboration: Work closely with BI developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and quality assurance processes.
