Primary Skills:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing Power BI and Tableau reports. Experience with SQL for data validation.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Tools: Experience with QA tools such as JIRA, or similar

Description Power BI and Tableau:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data and AI, along with expertise in Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Power BI and Tableau reports.

Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources, transformations, and visualizations.

Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure reports and dashboards meet performance standards.

Automation: Implement automated testing solutions to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.

Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Collaboration: Work closely with BI developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and quality assurance processes.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in QA. 

Good To have Skills:

Experience with other BI tools and data visualization platforms.

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test automation.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies.

Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
