What is in it for you As AWS Solution Architect, you will be the subject matter expert to define solutions using architectural design principles based on customer requirements. Job Responsibilities: - Lead Delivery engagements as the AWS subject matter expert to define solutions using architectural design principles based on customer requirements. Design, build and deploy business applications and critical infrastructure within the AWS Cloud using native stack. Work with the Platform architect in ensuring the architecture and technology blueprint aligns with the program requirement. Ensure solutions and infrastructures align with company s IT security standards Generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications Perform lead role in translating business objectives and requirements into functional solutions. Provide both architectural guidance and detailed technical direction while nurturing a continuous delivery culture. Work closely with the Development teams in designing and deploying web applications. Requirements: A bachelor s degree in engineering, or a related field of study; or equivalent experience. 12+ years experience working with specific technology domains such as Software Development, Systems Engineering, Cloud Computing, Data and Analytics 4+ years of relevant Amazon Web Services work experience in solutions design and engineering. Deep hands-on technical expertise in large scale full stack development Possess deep knowledge about the way applications are developed on the AWS platform and how services are provided. Must be conversant on how backend DB of a Web Application is set up and performance features around the same. Expertise to help design and build AWS based solutions and migrate existing workloads to the cloud. Demonstrable experience with range of different programming languages such as Python Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences and executive-level stakeholders and clients.
