| Hi Everyone, Please look into the requirement and share me relevant profiles Job Title: SAP Asset Management Specialist Location: Houston, TX (On-site 3 days per week) Locals only Experience: Minimum 15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Asset Management Specialist with a deep understanding of SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and IAM (Intelligent Asset Management). This role involves troubleshooting and resolving production issues, working closely with business partners, and configuring SAP solutions to support critical asset maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with SAP, JDE, Infor EAM, Maximo, or similar systems, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Production Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues effectively and efficiently. Business Requirements Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to gather and interpret business requirements for SAP EAM/IAM solutions. SAP Solution Configuration: Configure SAP EAM/IAM to support asset maintenance, business KPIs, and resolve specific business needs. Technical Development: Willingness to develop technical expertise in ABAP code analysis, low code development, SAP Security, continuous integration, and automation. Custom Solution Design: Collaborate with developers to design, code, and implement custom or complex solutions. System Testing: Analyze, plan, and execute system tests to ensure solutions are effective and meet business requirements. Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of SAP solutions to production environments. Training & Support: Provide ad-hoc training and support to users as needed. Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members when required. Required Qualifications: Experience: 15+ years of hands-on experience with SAP (ECC or S4Hana), JDE, Infor EAM, Maximo, or other Plant Maintenance applications. Configuration Knowledge: Proficiency in configuration based on area of functional expertise. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player. Preferred Qualifications: Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ABAP debugging, code analysis, SAP Security, and SAP Integration.
