Workday Principal Architect Experience: 14+ years Workday Integration Certified consultants preferred Requirement: Essential Qualifications: Workday Expertise: 12+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials implementations, with a strong focus on integration architecture and design. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, SFTP, and web services. Proficiency in XSLT, XML, and other scripting languages. Integration Tools: Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, WWS, Cloud Connect, and PRISM. Experience with third-party middleware solutions like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft is a plus. Data Governance: Strong understanding of Workday Data Governance, reporting, and data consumption methodologies. Security: In-depth knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based applications, including RBAC and data protection measures. Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage integration teams, oversee technical execution, and handle project timelines and priorities. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools. PeopleSoft Background: A strong understanding of PeopleSoft is beneficial for smooth migration and integration. DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools to optimize integration processes.
