From: Sridar, ITechUS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position:: product owner and UAT test lead Location:: San Jose, CA :: Onsite Role :: Duration:: Contract Role Role Description: Serve as product owner and UAT test lead for our B2B low touch Quote-to-Cash workflows. Analyze complex business requirements, translate them into epics and user stories, and later into test scenarios and test plans. Effectively communicate test strategy, test results, risks, and recommendations to the core project team and stakeholders. Facilitate weekly collaboration meetings with cross-functional teams to address issues, discuss solutions, and prioritize system enhancements. Write documentation and create process flow charts for new or changing business processes. Triage Production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find corrective solutions. Participate in scrum calls, backlog grooming, prioritization, design sessions and demos, as needed. Essential Skills: 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, working with diverse stakeholders across engineering, product management, product marketing and business teams Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; can effectively convey complex information to above stakeholders. Quote-to-cash knowledge is a plus Experience in sunsetting applications or processes is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
