| Healthcare Business Analyst with Claims exp (Hybrid CTH Position) 3+ months hybrid contract to perm (3 days onsite & 2 days remote from Day 1) Locals/driving distance to Chicago, IL (Highly Preferred) or Richardson, TX (onsite/hybrid) GC, GC-EAD & USC only Skills/Experience needed: BS Degree with 7+ years of experience as Healthcare Business Analyst MUST be a proficient problem-solver, creating action plans based on business needs. MUST have experience with analyzing large Claims data within systems and understand the workflow, data analysis tools and software Strong experience with documentation, analysis, and elicitation of business and technical needs across multiple business units. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to communicate technical and business requirements alike are keys to success for this Business Analyst role!
