Job Description of Role* (RNR) (Mandatory - Minimum 500 words) Program Manager - Power BI About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data and AI, along with expertise in Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage multiple data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables. Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Primary (Must have skills)* Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success. Strategic Planning: Setting program objectives, defining project scopes, and aligning them with organizational goals. Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and executives. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Problem-Solving: Analyzing issues and finding effective solutions quickly. Organizational Skills: Keeping track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and project details. Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines. Financial Acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial resources. Budget Management: Planning and managing project budgets to ensure financial resources are used effectively. Analytical Skills: Interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Negotiation: Working with stakeholders to reach agreements and resolve conflicts. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Adaptability: Being flexible and able to adjust plans as project requirements change. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Expierence Range Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on data and AI projects. Secondary Skills (Good To have)* PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R). Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI frameworks. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies. Soft skills/other skills (If any) Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
