| From: Naveen, 3ktechnologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Workday Business Analyst with Supply Chain Systems Client: Optum Location: Remote Job Description: Position Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the Workday Supply Chain module and other applications essential to our hospital supply chain operations. This role will involve troubleshooting, issue resolution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants to drive improvements in system functionality and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a solid background in supply chain systems, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with project management. Key Responsibilities: System Support & Troubleshooting: Provide primary support for Workdays Supply Chain module, ensuring the smooth operation of workflows related to inventory, purchasing, and logistics. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across other applications, including Par Excellence, GHX Marketplace, Nice Label, and print servers used for receipts and packing slips in warehouse settings. Vendor & Consultant Collaboration: Partner with vendors and external consultants as needed to address system issues and implement solutions effectively. Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of application issues and improvements. Project Involvement & Leadership: Participate in and occasionally lead projects involving Workday enhancements, supply chain process improvements, and system upgrades. Contribute to the design, testing, and deployment of new features, configurations, and integrations within supply chain systems. Continuous Improvement & Documentation: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve system performance. Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and process workflows to support team knowledge sharing. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting Workday or other ERP/supply chain applications. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workdays Supply Chain module and experience with related applications (Par Excellence, GHX Marketplace, NiceLabel). Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for ERP systems, supply chain modules, and print server configurations. Project Management: Experience leading or actively participating in system implementation and upgrade projects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and consultants.
