The ideal candidate will use modern web development tools to solve business challenges, contributing high-quality code while collaborating with a team of developers. This role is fully onsite, offering a dynamic, hands-on environment to work closely with cross-functional teams and deliver impactful solutions. Interview Process Step 1: HackerRank or Karat Assessment (Live Coding) Step 2: In-person Technical Interview Key Responsibilities Develop solutions using modern web technologies such as React, Redux, and JavaScript. Gain a deep understanding of the clients business needs, translating them into effective software solutions. Produce clean, maintainable, and readable code that meets industry standards. Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality deliverables and software stability. Mentor team members, contributing to a positive, growth-oriented environment. Requirements 4+ years of experience in software development. 2+ years of experience with ReactJS. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/ES7) and experience with ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript techniques. Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and integrating with microservices. Familiarity with web security methodologies and both relational and non-relational databases (NoSQL, ElasticSearch, Time-Based DB). Proficiency in asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await) and state management with Redux. Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Preferred Skills Experience with server-side development (Node.js) and Docker. Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows. Comfortable with command-line tools, Bash/ZSH on Linux or Mac.
