Project Manager position: - Similar experience requirements as the Senior Project Manager role, but may be working on smaller projects - Peggy is also open to remote candidates for this role The positions are part of a new fixed income initiative called "Grow Plus" that involves new projects and programs to drive growth in the fixed income business. Official TRP JDs Job Descriptions: POSITION PURPOSE: A Senior Project Manager is required to work within the Investments business supporting Fixed Income initiatives managing across multiple business and technology teams to be accountable for and successfully execute one or more medium to large size high impact projects of moderate to high complexity. The Senior Project Manager must effectively partner with sponsors, stakeholders and senior management to ensure the strategic goals and objectives of the project/s are met and deliver the desired business value. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: Required: 8+ years Asset Management experience. 8+ years of Project Management experience. 4+ years Front Office Investment Management project delivery experience. Worked closely with Portfolio Managers, Portfolio Analysts, and other members of an Investment Managers front office in a project manager capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to collaborate with people across multiple locations. Experience facilitating meetings with stakeholders to review and solve key issues. POSITION PURPOSE: A Project Manager is required to work on a complex project, involving stakeholders from several departments across the front and back offices. The person will work as part of an existing team, within the Fixed Income Transformation Office, supporting and leading small to medium sized projects. The Project Manager requires a good understanding of an Investment Management firms front office and have proven experience in delivering projects in the Front Office or Investments preferable in Fixed Income. The person will also need excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, very hands on and have experience of leading analysis activities, working collaboratively and producing quality deliverables. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Support management of small to medium complex projects and be responsible for undertaking analysis and producing quality analysis documents and work with multiple internal stakeholders. Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan and all required project management artifacts. Work collaboratively, with business teams and stakeholders, to conduct analysis and produce detailed project artifacts including requirements documents and other analysis documentation. Build excellent working relationships with teams as required. Lead and facilitate project discussions and meetings, ensuring they are task oriented, and objective driven to ensure the efficient use of everyones time who are involved. Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value. Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria. Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects. Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered. Escalate risks and issues to the Transformation Office Fixed Income leadership team as appropriate. Support management of project according to established methodology and standards. Continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status and publish project status reports as and when required. Represent the project in various project governance and inter-department forums. Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan. Ensure the project meets success parameters and business objectives.
